Most orders will be shipped in 2-3 days and received within 1 week, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order depending on product availability. If you have questions about the status of your order, please send email via the form below or call us at (504) 586-1094. If you experience any problems with our secure online ordering system, please contact the webmaster and supply basic operating system info, browser type and version and nature of the problem. If you prefer, you are welcome to call us at (504) 586-1094, and easily place your order, or you can send your phone number via the form below and you will be contacted by phone. If you have any questions about availability, please use the form below to contact us. There are many CDs that are not currently listed on the website, so if you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us via the form below

If you have problems while using the shopping cart, or when you "click to pay" you may need to delete your Cookies and/or your Temporary Internet Files (TIFs). In Internet Explorer 6, click on Tools, Internet Options. Then click the button to delete cookies, then the button to delete files as well as checking the box that says delete all offline content. close all instances of your browser and then try ordering again. Please note that we do not back-order items. If an item is out of stock and is not expected back in a reasonable period of time, we will ship your order as is. If you paid for your order with a money order or check, we will issue either a refund check (U.S. orders) or a credit slip (overseas orders) redeemable on future orders.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for mis-shipped or defective merchandise. Mis-ships will be corrected as soon as possible. Defective products will be replaced with the same item only. Claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please insure any return parcels..
