| NOTES: The Boogie Kings began as a three piece garage band in Eunice, Louisiana 1956. The band grew to a high of twelve pieces in the mid sixties. At this time, the band was performing mainly at The Big Oaks Club in Vinton, Louisiana and at the Bamboo Club in Lake Charles. The band toured the United States several times in the 1960's. This recording is a collection of some of GG Shinn's classic interpretations of the songs of that era. Previously released as Greatest Hits CD |
