Daigrepont is one of the most exciting young musicians on the Cajun scene today, and well-known to New Orleans audiences through his fais-do-do dances at the Tipitina club, a Sunday-night institution of many years’ standing. The accordionist, guitarist, singer and songwriter is accompanied by the most energetic new band of the region on his 1987 debut.
