For the past year and a half George Porter Jr. has been collaborating with some of his songwriter and musician friends on some new music. These four songs are the first of what is definitely more to come from this project as Porter has written 28 new songs since his last release Can’t Beat The Funk. With the help of his Runnin’ Pardners band along with Anders Osborne, Tony Hall and Johnny Vidacovich, Porter Jr., has put together an EP that pays tribute to his sentimental side and has some solid grooves to get you off your seat.
